Human Factors in Hazardous Environments

The Human Factors in Hazardous Environments course develops your knowledge and skills in the application of Human Factors (HF) principles in a variety of hazardous environments that you may encounter when providing care or rescue activities.

You learn through a mixture of online learning and a 5 day workshop where you will be “thrown in” to environments including:

  • Water Rescue
  • Working at Height
  • Confined and Restricted Spaces
  • Tactical Considerations
  • Fire and Rescue Searches

We have a few spaces left on the course running 30th July – 3rd August but if you want to take part you’ll need to book by 20th July to allow time for the online activities.

  • DAC Essentials
  • DAC Fundamentals

Get in touch to book your space, our next DAC EMS course will be run at our centre on the 10th-11th July.
